A little bit about me:

I was born in India. I went to school there for about two years. When I was eight, we moved to Burma and stayed there for a year and a half. The first time I saw my dad was when I arrived in the United States at nearly 10 years old. We lived in Indianapolis, Indiana. When I was in sixth grade, my family moved to Oklahoma Academy to join my older brothers who were in school there. My parents served as staff and I attended the elementary school.

Last year, I came back to OA as a freshman. I’ve always been shy, but here I have made many new friends. I enjoy playing in the bell choir and my favorite subject is math because it challenges my brain. I enjoy hiking, reading, listening to music, and finishing my homework. My favorite verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have not I commanded thee, be strong and of a good courage.” Sometimes I want to give up because it’s tough, but this verse reminds me God is with me no matter what.

I am trusting that the Lord will provide for my expenses so that I can receive a Christian education. It is my desire to go on to be a doctor and if the Lord leads, to return to Burma as a missionary.

Thank you for sponsoring my education. I will keep in touch and let you know how I am doing. I hope to hear from you also.
